Attorney Tom Hagner's primary focus is on business litigation, a practice that includes the resolution of disputes involving business partners, shareholders, closely-held businesses and employment contracts. Mr. Hagner also manages the firm's disability practice, which includes claims involving employment-related insurance plans governed by ERISA, and privately-purchased disability policies as well.
Attorney John Zohlman represents clients in business litigation but also has a major focus on the criminal defense of traffic matters, DWI (DUI), drug offenses, violent crimes and other charges in the courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia. Mr. Zohlman also has an emphasis on personal injury litigation.
Both attorneys share responsibilities for matters involving fire loss claims, estate planning, probate litigation and real estate matters, both residential and commercial.
